I bought this for my 3-year-old grandson to go along with a monster book I also purchased. He absolutely loves these! He likes to stack all the pieces and build “the biggest monster ever, Grandma!” Then giggles and giggles when the pieces come tumbling down. I love the container included! Keeps everything together and makes for easy, quick clean-up.

My toddler has been obsessing over the "monster party" youtube video from Simple Songs so I decided to buy these on a whim. He LOVES them. I love them too because I feel they encourage independent play without making things complicated. You can mix and match the body parts and build whatever kind of monster your little heart desires. The magnets are strong and the material isn't cheap paint that will chip. I was so happy with the purchase that I tried searching for ocean animals of the same concept but no such luck.

Overall Rating: 4 Stars - Great toy!I bought this as a gift for our 2-year-old's birthday, but it was our older kids (4, 7, and 9) who truly enjoyed them, playing for most of the morning.WHAT WE LIKED:Strong magnets hold pieces together securely as long as you don't stack the pieces too high. Vibrant designs spark creativity, and the variety of pieces allows for endless combinations. The included storage bin keeps everything organized and easily accessible.WHAT COULD BE BETTER:Some pieces, like tracks and arms, are difficult to attach because they're not magnetic.In summary, while some pieces could be improved, the Magnetic Robots for Kids set offers hours of creative play for kids of all ages.

My 8 and 10 year olds love playing with this toy set. We bought our own after they played with it at the library and they have lots of fun with it.

One monster came clearly used and not even in its individual wrapper with wear to it. Yuck. A second monster was half wrapped, plastic was basically opened and the magnet in it was broken. The head will not attach to the rest of its body and you can hear the magnet shaking around inside. Having 2 out of 5 monsters decent is a fail in my book. I paid under $15 for them and shipping them back from where we are stationed would be $9. I will not purchase them again. Other buyers also seemed to have similar issues with this toy in reviews. However all my kids think it's a cool toy ages 12,10,6,4. The concept was good but poorly executed, my kids complaints; All the pieces can not mix and match, they will mix bodies but not heads. Also sliding the monsters makes them fall apart so it must be slow movement.My packaged was shipped to the wrong place and had to be rerouted which took a month to arrive.

My grandson is going through a robot phase and he loves these. I love the way they click together with the magnets and that you can mix and match them. I also love the little bucket carrying case they come in.

This not as described. I received cheap plastic parts that do not fit together. The pegs do not fit into the round holes and the magnetic parts of the upper body are very weak so they won’t stay together when my grandson tries to play with them. I am returning this and I would not recommend buying this item as it is a waste of time and money.

Purchased these along with gobi dex blocks for Xmas .figures are bigger than I expected .he will love them

Bought for my two year old twins birthday however my 6 year old plays with these too. Throughly enjoyed so far. Easy to use. Lots to play with and a nice little tub to store away in. Great for fine motor skills.

This was bought for my 15 month old son who loves playing with magnets. He loves delving into the sturdy box and pulling out all the pieces. The magnets are all reasonably strong, the different colours and ability to create any monster adds to the fun.Although priced a little on the high side, I would say these are a great addition to the toy box.Packaging was damaged and the storage box was marked, but since it was for my young child I felt he wouldn't notice as it's what's inside that counts. :)

As soon as i gave my little 2 yr old girl the toy she knew exactly what to do with it without any help. This isnt just for boys, girl will love it too. Came it its own little box, each robot individually wrapped and arrived quickly. Way better buy than i expected and happy i got it.

For fan of robots and monsters, this kit is great with an aspect of STEM learning, however some of the magnets are quite poor so the parts don't stick together as well.
