I'm 6 ft 405 lbs-66" waist when sitting-64" when standing. These 66" fit perfect when sitting but when you stand up - You better have suspenders on. Either that or order 64" standing waist and put up with your belly being constricted when you sit down. GREAT FIT-SUPER COMFORTABLE.HAD TO CUT 6" OFF THE PANT LEGS. Thay are LONG ....Would order them again.

I love these pants! They are very comfortable and fit just fine without having to adjust the size at all!
