Missing handle to hang mop
I would have given the mop a much higher rating but the handle to hang the mop was missing. I am not sure if they changed the design and didn't update the info or if the one I received was just missing the part. The instructions show the handle that allows you to hang the mop but the one I received just has a black cap at the end. Makes the mop kind of useless since I can't Hage the wet mop to dry

Great quality for the price I paid
Have not used it to clean yet, but after putting it together it seems very sturdy and I love the blue mop head. Not so much the yellow one… but it’s an extra mop head, which aren’t all that cheap… so… yup. I really like the mop handle and the mop-head-grasping mechanism seems very sturdy. Would recommend.

Commercial mop with loop
This is the best mop that I have bought in 30 years it's easy to use and clean more floor area without leaving streaks the mop head is easy to keep clean just throw it in the washer. I love it.
