This product I usually take in powder form and have to mix with lemonade and it taste terrible. It’s great to have them combined in one capsule or you don’t have to test it and it is very effective.

I purchased this along with freak show by 5% nutrition and I do have to say that I have lost fat on my midsection notable and it's been only 2 weeks. I don't know if it's the turkesterone or the freak show or both paired up but there is definitely a difference in my body composition. I am exercising 5 times a week with eccentric and concentric variations with muscle building exercises and can say that I have grown considerably and feel good. There are absolutely no side effects from either supplement as I was initially worried since I'm sensitive with supplements if my body doesn't like it so that's good. I'll come back in 3 weeks to update my end of cycle status but so far I am growing pretty well. If I had to put a time table on the gains I made on the stuff VS all natural I'd say it's take about 3 months to get what took me 2 weeks to get. It's not insane but it is definitely noticeable in the muscles and how they look now.

I am 30 years old , got it since i saw some good reviews , after using this product for 1 months no results or strength or stamina in my body/workouts… (nothing at all) save your money, i train hard and follow strict dieting, still no results i can tell , this product is another snake oil of the industry…
