Helpful and pain relieving.
I have several foot problems that arise from an old work injury to my left foot. A forefoot neuralgia is the most debilitating. This helps lessen that. Of course I need to wear cushioned shoes with good arch support at all times, even at home on carpet. I can definitely feel the lessening of pressure when I wear these.I have a normal sized foot, M 9 1/2 medium and find that this fits and stays in place. It even stays in place when I dance (ballroom). It might not fit someone with larger or smaller feet. It takes some work to get a sock over the cushion. I have to first roll the sock up then unroll it as I pull it up my foot. That's to be expected with a gel that has some inherent stickiness.Care is simple. I rinse these after each use (most times, at least). I sometimes use dish soap. As they are silicone, they should withstand very hot water. They air dry quickly as they don't absorb moisture. They haven't picked up any odor. I've just ordered two more pair, one to live in my gym bag and one for my suitcase.

Not tight & strong enough
I was hoping for a thicker, stronger & tighter fit to hold my big toe in a more proper position. It’s comfortable but too stretchy, for me and didn’t perform as I hoped in my situation. Perhaps my joint is too unaligned?

Supportive but they bunch
Pro: The gel is a comfortable, thick material that offers a lot of support.Con: These slip around a lot in a shoe. I'm constantly having to take off my shoes to straighten them out and keep them from bunching.

So far so great! After first use.
OK, so this review is based on my first wearing of them only. I just got them 2 days ago. I have moderate infrequent neuroma on both feet that sometimes acts up when I run. I had been using the Happy Feet ball of foot cushions, and they work ok, except for they slip and may end up on the side of the feet, when the stickiness warms up. So, I was happy to try these, hoping they would stay in place. And for my first run, they did stay in place! They are nice and soft and seem to give me just enough cushion with no significant discomfort. I was concerned that they might not work well during the whole run, but they did fine. I typically run/walk for an hour, about 5 miles. I am a little concerned about the material lasting, since it feels so soft, but if they last long enough, it may be worth replacing them when needed.

Foot pain relief for dancing
My wife really likes the foot cushions. She wore them last night during dance lessons. She completed 2.5 hours of dance with significantly less ball of foot pain than she has had for the past several weeks. She did not limp off the floor as she has in the past. The only complaint is that the two pieces were packaged for the same foot. They are easily reversible by turning one inside out, but it felt a little awkward at first. It would be nice to have them packaged as a pair: one for the left foot and one for the right foot. Either way, these worked great for her!

Comfy but poor quality
This was ok but one of the sleeves fit far better than the other. The space between the big toe and smaller toes tore very quickly (under a month.) I am on my feet quite a bit but thats ridiculous.

No more blisters for me!
These provide such comfort while wearing uncomfortable shoes. In my line of work I often have to wear uncomfortable business shoes to court or to business meetings. Often it leaves my feet with blisters and discomfort even though I've tried to find shoes to comfortably fit me. This clever little device helps me to prevent the rubbing that happens in certain parts of my foot. It helps me to comfortably wear my shoes and go home without sores and blisters like I used to do a few months ago. It took a few days to get used to wearing these because it had an unfamiliar feeling in my shoe but now I don't feel them at all. My comfort level has raised considerably and I have not had one single blister since I started using these. Bravo to the clever inventor who made these.

It sucks
So buy it, put it on and then put a sock on. Go ahead and adjust as it it stretches and rolls up. Take off your sock, it will probably come off with the sock. Repeat the process and try to put on a boot. Take off the boot and your sock. Take this out your sock or off the one toe it’s in and throw it in the trash. Go back to wal mart and buy what you previously used. This thing sucks.
