Received the product when stated. I am using the ties/bands on a cat house so I was concerned the tie/band would be sharp on the sides & the end after it is cut, especially if cut with tin snips, so I ordered the package with the tensioning & cutting tool. The sides of the ties/bands are not sharp & the cut end of the ties/band is slightly sharp but not as much as plastic ties. The ties/bands & the tool works great. The ties/bands appear to be strong & the tool seems well made & is easy to use.

We ordered the iCrimp gun to install hardware cloth over our chicken run. We used over 600 ties and the gun worked fantastic. One trick we learned was to tilt the gun slightly toward the tie latch while pulled tight but before cutting. This puts a slight upward curve in the end and makes it to stay tight. It worked great for this project. We did have an issue with the gun gripping the ties a month or so later. I contacted the manufacturer that night and by the next morning they had responded with a solution that fixed the problem. I would definitely purchase this or another iCrimp tool again.

I ordered this tool to secure cattle fencing to existing gates and tube fencing. I tried it out the other morning and it seemed to work well. It allows you to crank down on the steel zip ties and cut them off almost flush if not flush to avoid and sharp edges. The release concept and tool is a really cool feature and it works from what I tried. It has only been a few days but I have a lot of work planned for this tool so I'm hoping everything pans out. It is very sturdy, and the cut off mechanism requires little to no effort. I love tools and think this was a good investment that I will be able to use often on outdoor projects, vehicles and whatever else I can find to use it on.

Not only was this tool the best to use for our needs, hanging rabbit cages, hanging tarps, repairing and adding additions to our cyclone dog fence to keep our great Pyrenees in, but excellent customer service, that responded quickly and took care of our needs. I would do business with this company again and I would buy this tool again. I purchased cable ties before I knew there was a tool and this gun works so much easier than a pliers and it cuts the tie too! These ties and tool made our job so much easier.

Returned a previous brand with a similar design - failed to tighten band after a few dozen. The iCrimp is better and worth the few dollars more - reliable and handier to use.

When I received the stainless ties, I tried it out immediately and it works very well using theTies that cames with the tool that will replace the plastic wire ties that won't hold up in the heat of the sun.

Works great just make sure you order long enough ties so that there's enough for the icrimp to grab on to, to pull the tie tight!
