Q: If the glove does not fit, can we order another one?

I was able to return and order a new size.

Q: If the battery is fully drained, when or how do you know is fully charged?

Dear customer, when you are charging, the red light will be displayed, and the green light will be displayed when fully charged.

Q: Does it only work by using mirror function? Or does it work hand out on its own? Problem is both hands are affected.

The hand can be used without the mirror function but you will need to get both right and left handed machines as they are specific to the hand. We started with only the right, which had the most problems but quickly bought the left as we saw improvements right away. If your hands are significantly disabled you may need help putting on the glove. It would not be easy to put on both so you can treat both hands at the same time unless you have someone to help you. We do both hands at once, 4 times a day for 20 minutes and set the 1st treatment on the automatic setting then follow up with the "fingers" setting for the next 3 treatments. It is totally passive and does everything for you. We bought these for a central spinal cord compression injury and were only going to use them until we could get into neurological Phys Therapy but they are making a big difference in day -to-day function of the hands. It was the best investment we made into follow up care and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Q: What hand are you suppose to measure. Since there are two gloves which independently would require separate measurements

I would measure the hand that the mechanical glove is to fit (the injured hand). The mirror glove just has sensors along the fingers but the end of the fingers/thumb are open. The mechanical glove all the fingers fit up into glove about 1-2 inches so that is where the size would really come in. Kind of hard to explain
