A perfect end
So much happens in this book! I honestly thought some of the outcomes would have been different but they were absolutely perfect for these characters and their development. The stars have a way of making sure everything happens for a reason and they really did pull these guys through the wringer but it made them all stronger as a unit. Instead of fighting individual battles, they started fighting battles together and that seemed to be the final hurdle that they needed to overcome. Well, apart from King and Lionel meddling and then Scarlet...Elise and her Kings really brought their A-game. Leon's funny personality always brings the light to sticky situations and makes me cackle at every page. Ryder really started to come out of his shell and shed some layers like an onion, which I bloody loved! Dante seemed to be so much more carefree when he solidified his place in the group and well Gabriel. My heart literally broke multiple times for the hurdles he had to jump but his journey was so worth it. Then there's Elise and she is just a Queen for being able to handle four completely different personalities and mood swings while trying to find Gareth. I take my hat off to her. Those epilogues tied up this series so beautifully. My heart is so full at the minute but also sad because it's finished and I don't think I'm ready to give Elise and the King's up. Thankfully I'll still see them around in the other series and from the way the story was left I am so excited to see what chaos they cause later on down the line.

This book is fated for my collection
To say that this book put me through hell would be a huge understatement. There were moments of laughter, pain, gasps of fear and sighs of relief. The final book in this series was never going to be a cute and simple happily ever after. We had to go through a lot to get the answers that we’ve been begging for with book one, and even those demanded a sacrifice to the stars or two. Elise, Ryder, Leon, Gabriel and Dante are individually tried in this one. I had a few moments where I was lucky I didn’t damage my kindle and even more where I had to wipe away my tears, some of laughter and some of absolute terror. This book was a never ending cycle of questions; Will the relationship work with all of the BDE, will Gabriel’s eyes get that magical silver ring, will the Oscura Dragon and the Lunar King ever have peace? Are they destined to get the Elysian Mate bond too? Well I could answer these or I could tell you that this book is a beast. It is the thickest book I’ve read and it took me days to finish! But after everything, it was fantastic. I couldn’t put it down.As much as I love a thick book and everything this writing duo put out, I will say that this book probably pushed me to my limit. Everything that’s included makes sense for the story, I just personally felt like it was taking me hours to read 3% of a book. And whilst the writing was brilliant I would have been satisfied with a lower page count.

Perfect end to series
Holy moly! Strap yourselves in for a wild roller coaster of a ride on a storm dragon. This book made me laugh, sigh, gasp and cry. Like full on sobs! I still feel somewhat shredded and raw inside at parts of this book. But the writing was sublime, the humour was on point. I want to be Elise Callisto so badly!! The characters evolved so deliciously, not just the main characters but the side characters. The plot twists and turns were stupendous and I'm smug enough to say I guess a few correctly but one plot twist has left me heartbroken. This book is perfect and it ended the series beautifully. I miss it already. Bravo ladies, bravo!

4.5⭐️
4.5 ⭐️I’ve loved this series from the very beginning so I’m a little sad that it’s all over. All those cliffhangers we had to go through were worth it. All the answers to all the questions we were trying to figure out were answered nicely. This book was definitely rollercoaster of emotions throughout with lots of lol moments and heart stopping ones too with some seriously hot scenes thrown in for good measure. I think that I loved Leon and Ryder most of all in this book although all the boys were amazing. Would definitely recommend this whole series to anyone to read xx
