Bosch hob problematic
The responce from Bosch for installation and demonstration has been poor.The working of the hob has been eratic as some burners give trouble.

Gas nob was not present in the package and Bosch service didn't help
Gas nob was missing in the delivery, when reached out to customer support they said we can't help and asking us to pay 5k to fix the issue. This is not a kind of response or service expected from Bosch.
