Well made and uses 3M adhesive but Dr. Jills pads are thicker and one pc. These seemed to be two layers and a bit thinner tha 1/4"

The Absolute Worst
These are terrible and extremely rough. I first tried sticking them directly to my feet, but they wouldn’t stay in place. The next day, I stuck them to my insoles instead, which kept them in place—but they ended up making my foot painfully raw from rubbing against the harsh felt-like material, even with socks on. My foot has been sore for a week from just that one wear. I haven’t used them since. Unfortunately, I’ve already used two, so I can’t return them.
