One size fits all works great
I bought the one size fits all for tanning. The pouch covers your entire package down below and the drawstring keeps it from falling off. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Small but does the job.
As the title says... it is indeed small, but once you tuck it all in it does the job and is comfortable.

Tanning Pouch
Nicely made, but needs a better way of securing it on. The tie needs to have a spring clip attached so you can really snug up the pouch. The shoe lace string loosens and it makes the pouch fall off when you roll over while tanning. The color is great and it leaves it's mark on your skin and towels. How do you keep it from staining? washed it several times, still stains. Also this pouch is huge, great if you're well endowed or have a stiffy. If you're average to small in the equipment department, look for something else, this will not fit you and will fall off with the shoelace strings.

Most comfortable I have found
Liking it so far! Glad I got the XL this brand seems to be the only one that offers the larger size. I'm weird because I like to keep cool in the summer heat? These should be sold everywhere in the summer. I want to be cooler and less sweating ,also want to have something on underneath... less sweating in the heat! Buying more after good first try!

If you are "smaller" downstairs this might work for you. Average to above average, you will struggle to get everything inside.

Excellent Product!
I like that the pouch does what it is supposed to do and holds in place very well without you -- basically, you feel nude but you aren't. Anyway, yes... I am happy with this product. The drawstring closure makes this thing difficult to slip off, simultaneously... you barely feel like you are wearing anything at all. I hope this helps, shout out to all of my fellow naturalists.

Started falling apart after three uses, otherwise fine
Purchased this to wear while tanning. Used it three time before the main seam started coming apart. Otherwise, it was fine. Stretchy, comfortable material. Generously sized for the average guy. Would have given it a five star review had it been better constructed and not fallen apart so soon.

Amazing product
I dont know what some of the reviews are talking about or if they upgraded the product but I use these instead of underwear. It stays in place all day with no issues. The material is extremely comfortable and fits perfectly. People are saying way to small for large people but im lager then the average person (11in)and it fits just fine so if you are thinking of buying just do it.
