I really love these shorts, bought two and counting...I was hesitant to buy them as I didn't want to try to look like my 15 YO (who looks amazing in ALL that she wears!). I'm turning 50 and a little bit out of shape and well, you know, 50. These give me the "bottom boost" that I need without feeling ridiculous and like I'm trying too hard. They are a modest length and will slide up a bit if left unattended which after a good quad and hamstring pump don't look half bad! On the bottom, I'm a generous 8, a solid 10 or a skimpy 12, depending on the brand. I've birthed three babies and my "pooch"runs from side to side, not awful but it feels like half of a life preserver! These are snug in the waist but not tummy control IMO, they are just helpful. I bought medium in both colors and one (Dark Blue) is slightly more snug in the thigh and waist than the black. *Dark Blue is kind of a "Peacock" Dark Blue, if that makes sense. Great to dress up for Halloween if needed or just looks great overall especially with a tan.2.——comfort is amazing! Love these shorts so much to workout in as well as everyday walking and running errands.3.——Price!!!! $20 for comfortable cute gym or everday shorts! I have these in multiple colors.4.——contour!!! Yes these are flattering and make your assets look even better!Con******5.—-sizing——every color runs different in reference to the sizing. I have the grey ones and the blue ones and now the pink. The pink in a small run like and extra small. The blue and the black/grey run regular however the pink compared to the black/grey are shorter and tighter in the waist. I’m going to try the mediums. I’m 5”2 and 105-110lbs. Size 2/4 in American eagle jeans and shorts for reference.

I love this short, the quality for the value is amazing, very soft and it’s not see through. Fits just right. It works great for working out, I recommend!

These are my favorite shorts but they started piling all over on the first wear. The quality is not great compared to the leggings I have by this brand that have lasted me a few years.

Ok let me start off by saying I own other more expensive brands like A****lete Amplify and Lululemon, but I don't always like wearing my expensive clothes to the gym. I wanted a quality alternative that I could wear to the gym and these are AMAZING!At first, I ordered one pair (just to test the water and see what the quality was like) and I was initially sent a faulty pair of shorts that had a pull in the butt-seam. I contacted the actual manufacturer on Instagram and they sent me a new pair without question, and they were delivered in 2 days! The customer service was outstanding and I was very impressed. I have since ordered 2 more pairs in different colors and I am so in love. I want every single color of these shorts!!They ARE squat proof (for sure in the hot pink, vibrant blue, and black, but I'm not sure about the lighter colors yet) and are a really stretchy nice material. Almost the exact same as my Amplifys for a fraction of the price and way better customer service. If you're looking for a dupe to save money, THIS IS THE BEST! (Not to mention my Amplify leggings ripped up the butt-seam 4 months after getting them and customer service for that brand was so unhelpful.) Order these instead!! You won't regret it.

If you have a booty these will look so great on you. Colors are true to colorway and sometimes even better in person. They sit right under my rib cage (most alpha dupes are too high). These are buttery soft and work for my dynamic workout regimen (heavy weights 3xs/week, LISS cardio 7xs/wk and Pilates 5xs/wk). So you maybe thinking what’s wrong that I’m giving them 1🌟.They rip ridiculously easily no matter how well you take care of them, how gentle you wash them or if you size up. I have these in a large. My hips were a 45 when I bought these. My waist significantly smaller than my hips and I’m 5’8. The hot pink shade were very comfy on me. Not tight at all. I didn’t experience ridiculous amount of rolling in the legs other than on super dynamic movements. These ripped from the crotch gusset all the way to the waist band!!!!! This wasn’t on leg day either I was literally doing a upper body/ core Pilates workout. The fabric wasn’t under any ridiculous amount of stress and I weigh 20lbs less than when I bought these in September!!! I only had these for 3 MONTHS!!!! I have had my other alpha dupes from other amazon sellers for over a year and NEVER HAD A SINGLE PAIR RIP. I am very on top of checking the scrunch on my shorts after each wash because I’m terrified of my shorts ripping at the gym. I didn’t notice anything when putting them on but had a guy friend of mine walk up to me at the gym 10 minutes after warming up and told me about my extremely exposed ass crack!!!! I was so pissed 😤 I went home and check my blue pair more closely and sure enough the seam in the same spot is coming undone.These shorts are now on my hit list. I no longer trust them or this brand! There are better quality dupes out there by other amazon sellers I would recommend 100% over these. If you’re going to take the risk please bring an oversized pump cover or hoodie to tie around your waist in case of any mishaps I hope this helps!
