I love side combs but the plastic ones slip right out of my hair. The other metal type that look like they have twisted wire teeth stay put pretty well but also catch some of my hair in the wire and frankly just don't look very nice. These look pretty and stay put in my hair. I haven't gone running in them or anything, but for regular day-to-day activity, they're great. I wish they came in longer sizes.

Most do not grab my hair adequately. They slide and fall out, even with special teeth to prevent this problem from occuring.. A royal pain! These have metal prongs which do grab my hair. They stay in place all day. And at night. My hair is not a mess. I love them!Their price is very reasonable. I competitive shopped and found fewer for 2 times this amount. The embellishment at the top are simple and refined. I don't feel or look like I am trying to renew my past childhood with my hair. Thanks.
