Onyx Belt Pack Manual Inflatable Life Jacket (PFD) for Stand Up Paddelboarding,Kayaking, and Fishing (SUP)

I bought this for paddle boarding on lakes and really like it. It is comfortable and I don't feel that I'm in danger of inadvertently activating it. I am a retired lifeguard, so I do keep a flotation device on my boat that I can throw to others in an emergency. I also tied a plastic whistle to it (required on small craft) and have a small clip for my car key. I like to know that essentials are attached to me and not my boat...yet not weighing me down. Recommend!

This is a great product! Easy to set up and use. I use this for paddleboarding flat water or mildly flowing water. For more rough water I prefer a standard life jacket to rule out getting knocked out or pinned and not being able to pull the handle. Just be careful of the green tab inside… don’t test pull the handle (minus co2 cartridge) like I did or you’ll have to buy a recharging kit!

It seems to be of good quality. It's my second CO2 Inflatable PFD and very comfortable while paddling my YAK for 5 hours today in 100° + sun 🌞 while fishing.Haven had to inflate yet. Hopefull I never will but I'm confident it will work when needed in an emergence!

Small and compact, easy to wear. Thankfully haven't had to deploy it!

I love it. Compared to a piece of 8x11 paper it’s small. Trying it on, it’s light, slim, doesn’t get in the way of you paddling. Keeps the boat patrols off your back about “not having a life jacket”. Some patrols haven’t seen those before but they’re nice about it. I’ve opened it up to see how everything goes and it’ll stay slim/small once you place the CO2 cartridge in. I bought two. 5/5 stars.

I love this pfd. It’s a great investment for me. It is so light and comfortable I don’t even think about it on my SUP, but I know I have an approved pfd. My paddling jacket was just too cumbersome and it is too humid here. I can also wear this belt in my kayak . This was easy to assemble, just screw in the CO2 cartridge! Now, it was accidentally left out of my package so I emailed the customer service and they rushed the part to me. They were a pleasure to work with. No one likes to have to address issues, but I can say if there’s a problem they will be on top of it. I am happy with this and already using it a lot.

This was the description when I made my purchase, however, it arrived with only 1 Arming Kit. Also, there is no email or contact information to speak with someone directly. Otherwise, the product was fine.
