Great practice ring for use with SuZhen wooden dragon ribbons
Excellent arm work out, shoulder, back core and leg routine instead of normal and hand weights. Therapy back pain stick. Go for cardio work out and Tai Chi meditation focus practice. I have a full set now I believe of two of all six standard size and two katana for drawing practice bokken wooden dragon ribbons.The rings are great for practicing form, power, balance, and speed. Will also toughen your forearms, wrist, hands with practice and combined with a SuZhen at more advanced levels of practice.Monk sticky palm practice

Good, but pictures are misleading...
I enjoy using this to workout my forearms. I like using these to stretch and work my shoulders/rotator cuff area, but you have to be careful. You have to find the right rhythm soo your shoulders don't pop. Looking forward to train with this at the gym.

Great for honing
The media could not be loaded. The ring came nicely packaged. It's sturdy and feels smooth, no rough edges or dents. There is no flexing of the metal even when I tried to bend it. It looks like it will last and hold up against abuse from constant workouts. This with its price is a good value. Will by again

Nice Chrome Finish
Liked the quality of the smooth finish.I was expecting a little heavier, but that is my fault. The weight is clearly described.It seems to be tubular because it is so light. If it was solid it seems it would weigh more.It is a nice tool though. I’m happy with it for the price.

Rattling Sounds Are Distracting
Overall, I like the product's feel and weight; however, it sounds like something is rattling in the metal tubes that form the ring. It is quite distracting. I'm not sure if that is how it is supposed to be, but either way...
