McFarlane ToysWarhammer 40000 7IN Figures WV6 - Veteran GUARDSMAN (DARKTIDE)

A must buy for 40K Modelers. VERY surprised on the quality and detail. NOT A TOY! This can be modified by painting, adjusting, adding your own accessories, weapons, armor, tubes, cloth, battle damage, etc. Hours of FUN work. Excellent item to build a small "diorama". Add on items can be found on Amazon and Mcfarlane sites. "The Emperor is pleased"............ and so am I.

Best figure Mcfarlane has made recently, sculpting and paint are great, articulation leaves some to be desired but overall a good figure. Taller than Hasbro figuress and shorter than some other Mcfarlane and Diamond Select figures but can fit into either line.

This is a solid figure. Good weight to it. Articulation is really nice. It's mcfarlane getting better and better making awesome figures. I used a dremmel to replace the gas mask. The gas mask was the only part I didn't like about the figure. I used a spare neca head and some super glue. Bing bango. Acrylic paint adheres pretty well to mcfarlane plastic. Just spray the figure down with some isopropyl alchohol first.

Love the action figure.

I bought this to go along with a Space Wolves one that I bought from GameStop. It arrived on time, box did have some minor damage that had been barely noticeable. As for the product itself I had been impressed with how articulate it is. After some time playing with figure, I found the pose I wanted to use.The only real big issue I had was with the stand. While it is usable, I found it was difficult to use and took a little extra time before it finally stayed on to use.I am happy with my purchase, but will work creating a new stand to use.

Just got done painting this guardsman to look like my reject in darktide, came out great! Used apple barrel matte paints from Walmart, hobby lobby’s miniature paint was not very good! Walmarts is 56 cents too which is GREAT. Used 20511E brown oxide20504E black black20580E pewter grey21392E granite gray21885E Jet BlackAll matte and all apple barrel no priming needed. This is the first miniature I’ve ever painted.
