It was a great buy, quality is very good, the sound is very clean. It works good when plugged on to the phone and PC.

The media could not be loaded. First, this mic just looks cool. I love the color changing light throughout and the fact that the mic picks up noise only where you talk into it so you don’t have to worry about background noise. I also really like the off/on button on top because you can still use the headphones without needing the mic on

I was very pleasantly pleased with the ease of using the mike. I simply plugged it into my iPad and was able to record without adding any additional software. I tested it by speaking normally and even by whispering and it captured my voice perfectly. I am not an audiophile but the quality sounded great to me. I bought this mike because I’m recording a weekly class and making them available in my web hosted video and audio archives. The only negative comments that I had was that at times the audio would sometimes drop out. From my tests, I believe that this mike will eliminate this problem at an affordable price.

UPDATE: While I'm still disappointed that the sound on the microphone is no longer sufficient (after a few months of successful use, the sound is now extremely too low), I'm grateful for the seller's prompt response. They didn't hesitate to rectify the situation, which makes me feel comfortable doing business with them again in the future.Worked great at first, but three months later the sound no longer works properly.

The media could not be loaded. I liked this one as soon as I saw it. Black and red are my colors, and the rubber band parts of the shock mount give that touch of red to contrast with the black that makes this guy appealing even with the RGB function turned off (Long press on the touch key on top of the mic, short touch will Mute). You can hear in my video that the quality of the mic doesn't falter regardless of its orientation to my speaking, but works great when in the traditional position set up a few inches in front of my voice like a condenser mic should be. The pop filter works great without being cumbersome and the mic just does what it's supposed to. Used this while streaming online and am very happy with the results!! Loved the RGB functionality that added to the ambiance of my Twitch stream... you don't always know what you're missing and I feel like this bad boy made me feel more "gamer", sorry if that sounds dumb. I am very pleased with the performance of this mic. I do have another ZealSound mic that works amazingly as well without the RGB function but has noise cancelation embedded into it. I wish this one had that function as well, but if I'm gaming later at night the noise cancellation isn't necessary and the RGB will be a fun addition. Fit well onto my boom mic with the adapter. Great mic guys. There might be better mics out there, but they'd be way above my price range and I wouldn't need those anyway with the quality I've found with ZealSound mics.

I bought this because it would record to an iPhone but the sound quality was never much better than my iPhone 13 microphone and then after using it for a couple times I started to get a high pitched whine on the recording. It may be user error but there aren’t many options to troubleshoot as it’s just a plug and play. Was using it to record myself learning the guitar. Did not work for my use case at all. Looks like I’m past the refund window as well. UPDATE - good service from the company they’ve reached out to try to help with the problem.I used the usb/iphone adapter with this product with a different mic I have for work and it seemed better so I might just move that mic back and forth instead of trying to find another one since this is a sunk cost.

This product is a waste of money and doesn't work on the iPhone as advertised. The return window closed, but I'm going to fight it with my credit company.

I've gone through quite a few mics in the past few months and so when my previous one broke I was on the hunt for a new one. Zealsound is BY FAR the best I've found in terms of quality for price. It's worth it! 100%. The features as well as smooth functionality of this mic are really what sold me. Super clean and crisp sounds with little to no background noise. You can't even hear my dog bark. I keep it about 16 inches from my face because I need space to work and it picks up sound so amazingly with minimal effort on my part. The mute feature is also incredible. Swipe or tap and it's that easy. I also really enjoy that the headset volume and gain are two separate diodes which allows me to really hone in for controls.Honestly really enjoy this zealsound mic. I picked up this USB microphone set, and it has exceeded my expectations for a beginner-friendly setup. The sound quality is impressive for the price, with clear audio that captures my voice well even from a distance. Setting it up took around 15 minutes, and the included instructions made the process simple. The adjustable boom arm has multiple points of articulation, allowing for flexible positioning, and it clamps securely to my desk.The RGB lighting is a fun feature that adds a nice touch to my gaming setup, although the mic’s lighting only offers a rainbow effect without customization. Fortunately, the boom arm’s lights are more versatile, offering solid color options and effects. I also love that you can turn off the mic’s lights by holding the mute button without muting the mic itself - super convenient!One downside is the plastic clamp, which feels a bit flimsy, but so far, I haven’t had any issues. The built-in headphone jack and volume controls are a great bonus, making this mic ideal for gaming, streaming, or podcasting. For the price, it’s a solid deal that looks cool and works well.

This works fantastic with my iPhone 12. Yes it’s 2024 and I’m using an iPhone 12. The sound is very crisp and the quality of the mic is fantastic. 100% would buy again.

This is my first mic ever and it works fine for my kind of voiceover projects.It looks really good due to lightning features and we can turn the light on and off with one tap.I’ve never tried any other mics so no idea how this mic compared with other mics.

ALSO, RATING WENT FROM 3/5 TO 4/5.This is a very nice starter microphone!Pros:- YOU CAN TURN OFF THE LEDS WITHOUT MUTING THE MIC : Some reviews are stating that you can't do it, THAT'S NOT TRUE. Simply touch and hold the mute button! The LEDs will turn off and it won't mute the mic. To mute it, it's a simple tap.- Nice LEDs overall : The LEDs on the mic look very smooth. They're well diffused, so you can't really spot individual lights. As for the boom mic, I like that you have more control over them. They're a pretty unique feature, and even if you're going for a more minimalist look, you can set them to white or turn them off easily.- SOUND QUALITY: To be clear, I'm no sound expert, and this is my first real microphone, so my standards were really low. But to my ear, this mic sounds amazing! Audio is very clear, and voices sound the same as they do in real life. I'm pretty sure I can say this is a great mic for beginners, amateurs, or people that need a mic for cheap.- Headphones pass through: Plugging headphones in this mic is great, it has absolutely no perceptible delay whatsoever between you speaking and the voice you hear, so it feels natural. Also, there's no delay between the computer's output and your headphones, so this is great to watch movies without delays. And finally, this mic kind of acts as an audio interface, so the sound quality of the transmitted audio is great! At least, I can hear a noticeable difference between this and Bluetooth for my headphones (Sennheiser HD 458BT)Cons:- The LEDs on the mic look good at first, but they don't have any setting other than ON with a full brightness rainbow fest, or OFF. I wish they had the same controls as the mic arm does (or they could be synchronized.) Also wish that the arm LEDs would turn ON and OFF automatically, like the mic's LEDs.- The table clamp feels cheap, is plastic and not made for very thick tables. My desk is 2 in / 5 cm thick, and it didn't fit (just barely). Fortunately, I had an older arm with the same type of C-clamp, but it was metal and could accommodate my thicker desk, so it worked out fine, but that could have been a massive disappointment.Overall, this mic is quite a good deal! I use it daily as an audio interface and it works great. But you have to plug it straight into your computer, avoid any hub or USB switch, or you could face a whining issue like I did. Would recommend!
