Another beautiful precision piece of art from Park Tool.

Works well as intended but a small issue
Perfect fit for removing Shimano direct mount chainrings but I wish the area where you connect a wrench had more surface area. Using a Park adjustable wrench only about half of the wrench engages the tool. So if you have a really stubborn lock ring you're trying to pry open the wrench will slip off the tool easily. This caused the aluminum edges of the LRT-4 to gauge and mar from the wrench.Ended up purchasing the Shimano version of this tool because the wrench portion is wider and more robust so I use that to remove the chainring (if its being stubborn) then use this Park Tool version to reinstall with a torque wrench and a Park TWB-36 Crow Foot.

Amazing tool to torque shimano xt crankset lock ring to spec as one isn’t included in the box! Can be used with an adjustable wrench or with the park tool 36mm crow foot.
