Most crampons are adjustable to the size of the boot.

Q: Can you get them resole?

Yes, but you have to send it to a cobbler that is licensed to do the resoling. On the West Coast, for instance there is only one cobbler, located in Seattle.

Q: Are 9.5 boots usually true to size?

I'm sure they are-As one ages your feet start to flatten out I used to wear 10.5...Now I wear 11 These boots to me are simply the best. I have been buying these for over 10 years and they do not disappoint me. Though they are Not very good on ice or slippery beach rock but for size they are always consistent. I have an old pair that the soles are just about flat That I use just for ice cleats. And 3 other pairs black and brown and I rotate wearing. And a 3rd pair of black ones just sitting in the closet. When they go on sale I buy them.
