This little gem was a Christmas present to myself. It has a lot of options that make it very versatile including flame brightness, crackling sounds, and heat adjustments. The remote makes it convenient to adjust the settings. It's light enough for me to easily move it. There are built in safety features for my peace of mind. My Yorkie's will curl up in front of it for warmth. It was a great investment and I am considering purchasing a second one for my bedroom.

I needed some extra heat in my room and this really keeps it warm! I like that you can turn the sound off if you want. Looks great in my room. I have used it for 2 winters now and it’s still great.

I really like this heater/fireplace in general. The flame display is real enough and sets a nice ambiance. The sound is bad, there is no other way to put it. Sounds like screws falling into a can. It seems to be built well being all metal, the legs are also metal. The front door is glass and metal and feels solid. It heats very well and the app works as it should. My complaint is that out of the box quite a few screws were half way in and I soon figured out why. They just turn. The cannot be tightened. A few of the leg screws are the same, they turn and turn and cannot be tightened. So one of my legs wobbles. I am presently trying to figure out a fix for this. Another complaint is the remote is spotty at best. I can be right upon this heater pointing at the front and the remote only works intermittently. It will not work from a distance at all. And the instructions are wrong, each time you turn it on it resets to a default; lights on high, no sound, no heat. I'm glad I bought it. I wish it was built better without the loose screws and with better sound effects.

This was a lower priced heater that looked almost too good to be true. And it turned out to be! It was so bad and incredibly dangerous; I couldn’t believe how bad it was. First and foremost, it is dangerous! It is a house fire waiting to happen! The cord and plug were very hot and the plug and wall receptacle was scorched. I’m not an electrician, but something very bad was happening! The other issue was that after it warmed up after about 5 minutes, it began to smell like dead fish! At first I thought it was something that had gone bad in my refrigerator, but after I turned off this Chinese made heater, the smell disappeared immediately! Turned it back on and the offending odor had returned immediately! Weirdest thing I ever saw/smelled! I am returning it and do NOT recommend it, primarily because of the safety issues and concerns about a probable fire hazard, and secondly… it just stinks like something died in it! And if something did die, I don’t want to know what it is! My dog is present and accounted for and we’re not missing any neighborhood children! If this is a lemon, okay. But if this is a recurring set of problems, then it should be taken off the market and recalled!Unsafe, and it smells to high heaven!!! Two Thumbs Down!!! 👎 Don’t waste your time or money with this one!!!

Very pleased with this. The reviews were right, this is a good product.Pros:1. Small footprint fits anywhere or hangs on wall (must have air flow clearance).2. Pleasing design, very pretty, and fire is very realistic!3. Does not get hot on any surface, amazing. Heat comes out from front, low end. Top, sides, back are all super cool to touch. Place things on top no problem.4. Puts out decent heat to warm your feet or slow heat for warming up the room. Perfect amount.5. Fireplace visible from 3 sides, heat output front only. I like the views.6. Two switches - Turn on fireplace no heat. Turn on fireplace with heat. You can turn off heat but not the fireplace lights. The black dial also turns off heat but not sure what else it does. It does not regulate heat output. Ignore it.7. Light, portable, and excellent for RVs and tiny homes or cozy space heater.Cons:1. Legs are plastic not metal, but very sturdy. You could put your own legs on or wheels.2. Legs only had 2 screws and back corner was not screwed in so it had a wobbly fit. I added some VHB (Very High Bond) tape to the legs and this solved wobbliness when screwed back in. The legs don't sit flush on corners so the tape filled the gap and now it is perfect. Minor issue.3. Corners near legs - 2 were sharp, 2 were rounded. I got out my metal file, and knocked that down a bit. Barely noticeable. I am a perfectionist.4. No heat outpout variable switch. It either turns on heat or does not. Again, not a big deal. They kept the price down. There is a black dial knob, not sure what it does.Summary: Yes, buy it! I love it so much. I hated the bigger bulkier one I had before, this is compact and almost as warm as that one. Works great on the desk too as a hand warmer!

I loved this little heater because it put out some great heat. The first winter it worked great! The second winter, one switch broke (the one that turned on the "fire"). Unfortunately the second switch broke after only using it a couple of days this year and now it is not working.

Very pleased with this heater. I chose this model because I can control it from my phone. It’s in a detached office shed / 200 square feet in a northern climate. I do have an additional heater to help heat the space but this heater works great on its own on warmer days. We had sub zero temps with wind chill already this year and the heater kept up very well. I did not experience the problems others had with plastic legs. Mine are sturdy and made of metal. Nor any missing parts or remote. One feature that I don’t like is the crackling sounds. It sounds like rain on the roof not a fire. But you can still have the flame effect without the sounds.The app is a little tricky. Make sure you back out of the screen when turning it on. And back out again on the main landing screen and always force quit the app. I’ve accidentally turned it on and off just by jostling my phone in my pocket when still on the screen where you turn the power on. Other than that I love it! I would recommend and would purchase another.
