Money well spent
Absolutely LOVE this thing. I bake a lot of sourdough and other breads and I love that I can use fresh milled flour in my recipes. It grinds fast. A little noisy but any grinder will make some noise. Plus it just looks nice enough to leave out on my counter. Totally worth the cost.

Beautiful Stone Flour Mill
This is my second flour mill, first was the Kitchen Aid attachment and that was pretty awful, giving me basically cornmeal consistency flour. So I did a ton of research before deciding on which grain mill to upgrade to. Originally, I landed on the Komo Mio for an affordable option after finding the Komo and Mockmill consistently had the best reports across everything I could find online. I ordered it on back order, patiently waited 2 months, and the delivery date was then pushed back another 2 weeks. Not wanting to continue waiting, I started my research again and found this new grain mill option. The Sana Mill wasn’t an option when I had done my initial research, so I was pleasantly surprised! Based on the photos, it looks like they likely get all parts from the same manufacturer as Komo. They look identical, but the price point for the solid wood version is much better on the Sana.I’ve loved this grain mill from the first time I used it. I can’t have regular US wheat flour (that’s a whole other story) so I buy imported Italian flour usually. But the grain mill allows me to buy ancient and heritage wheat varieties for a much better price. I immediately tested out just how fine this mill could go, and against my Italian 00 Flour (which is super fine) it was very close. Very consistent grind and can go as fine as you could want. I’ve been pleasantly surprised by this little machine. It is sturdy, looks great, and is super simple to use. Highly recommend!

Less loud
Works great and not as loud as my old grinder that broke. We had an old grinder that we have used for many years and it finally seized. This one is quieter and grinds just as well if not better.

Beautiful mill
The media could not be loaded. I had many choices when buying a mill and chose this one because it had the look I wanted and it would be here in a few days.I’ve been using it since before Christmas and I had used a hand crank mill for three months before that and this baby is a game changer. It mills fast and is about as loud as you’d expect but it’s a small price to pay for a. No wasted flour on the counter b. Not taking 45 mins + to grind flourFor me, it’s beautiful and grinds super fine and coarse when you want it to.

very loud, but healthy
If you don't mind a loud reliable long lasting wheat berry grinder , this is the one for you. Built like a tank, this is quite heavy. Grinding your own wheat berries will keep you super healthy. I like make a whole bunch of waffles and freeze them. Then i have a waffle in the nic of time. I've made breads, and waffles so far. what ever you make, make sure you have a good recipes.

POS
Recieved without users manual or receipe book. Please send asap or else will return. THIS IS BS, just send the manual.I can't didn’t send you a manuel but I can tell you it’s really easy to operate. Screw the bowl into the top. The more/farther you screw it down the finer the grind. You can experiment to see the difference. Turn the motor on before you add the grain, don’t fill the hopper and then turn it on. Also you can clean the grinding stones by grinding rice through the machine. That’s all I can think you without searching for my manual. Sorry, I don’t have time to look for it right now. You should try emailing or calling the company and ask for them to send you a manual." Love it!
The media could not be loaded. I love the look of this beautiful mill, it grinds perfectly fine flour. I thought it would be noisier than it is, but it’s not too noisy at all! It’s so easy to adjust to the level of fine flour that I was looking for which makes it super easy to use. I would definitely recommend the Sana mill!
