Much better than my old one!
I have only used the hedge trimmer once, but it much better than my old one. It cuts through my thorny hedge very well, and does not jam up on the thicker branches (8 – 10mm thickness) like my old one used to.It appears well made with a good quality blade, and this is probably why it’s feels a bit heavier, but not so much to cause me a problem.A bit on the expensive side, but better quality tools are usually a good investment in the long term.

Works well, very large beech hedge
Great. And reasonably quiet. Cuts heavy branches and makes light work of old beech hedge.

Very efficient machine, but pretty heavy for prolonged use,.
Bought off back of other reviews and 'group tests' and certainly it is the right machine for the task. It is, as those reviewers noted, quite heavy particularly so when using for long periods of time. -so I can certainly confirm that if weight is a concern to anyone with lots of hedges to trim, then perhaps consider an alternative machine. In terms of safety, the machine is fine but should come with a safety cut-off plug adaptor in the box.. that one needs to buy one to render the machine safe in use, seems a touch 'tight' given the cost of the machine in the first place. Again, it was bought knowing there was no safety RCD plug included, but I think they should as standard. Other than that, the actual hedge cutting performance is excellent and the cutting length makes quick work of the job at hand - so faultless in that regard.

Very good cuts easy long reach can be a little on the heavy side when reaching over but all in all very pleased .

very efficient and easy to use
We bought this to replace an old Bosch cutter that lived a long and useful life! With hedges about 14 feet tall and thick, the new machine coped easily, and was quiet considering its powerful motor.

Great hedge trimmer
This is an excellent trimmer, not to heavy and far better than my old B&D model. The cable could be a bit longer at only 10m. But otherwise definitely recommend, especially for larger hedges.

Good value; well-made and efficient
Had one of these before for several years and it was used a lot. It performed very well . Bought this new one and this is just as good. Maybe a little better as there is a neat way of connecting to the power supply.

Best corded hedge trimmer.
Bosch have come up with an excellent hedge trimmer.Sturdy and very quiet and easily cuts through tough hedges.On the negative side, I find it quite heavy .
