It's impossible to engage the first position of the crown, to set the date. I own several watches with this same movement (Ronda 515 or 505) from Wenger and Swiss Military. Never had this problem before. I was able to set the date by repeatedly advancing the time, passing through the 12 o'clock position. It does change, so I hope it will also change automatically tonight. If not, it would be such a disappointment! Because I really like the watch, and I'm keeping it anyway. The dial has a lovely sunburst effect; the indexes are polished to a high standard. Everything is well aligned. The hands are so beautiful with that almost glowing blue tone. It has lume, though I haven't checked how it performs (it's superluminova, but I think it's probably just C1). Second issue this unit has is a small dent on the edge of the crystal. Anyway, at this price, I'm willing to forget these minor issues. The strap has a good quality. Not outstanding, but good. The croco effect is nice, it has small wrinkles. It's very comfortable and thin. But beware: I have a 17 cm wrist (that's about 6 3/4 inches) and there's only three holes left. So, guys with larger wrists may have to change the strap.
