Noise, a lot of noise
That fan moves a ton of air but it comes with price to pay for - it is really loud, imean seriously loud. You wouldn't want to have that in an office environment.

Massive airflow, but noisey
Take note, this will move a TON of air, but it is rather loud. I have an old APC Matrix UPS that I needed a replacement 24vdc fan for. Decided to try this one, it is easily 2x as loud as the original and this is even on low speed (ups controls speed based on load). My UPS is located in the garage, so does not bother me, but if using for something in the house, you may surely notice it.We will see how it holds up as hurricane season is here and need it to be reliable

Works Fine
I bought this to cool down my amp for my car stereo. It normally shuts off from getting too hot, but this cools it enough that it does not shut off. I wired it to a toggle switch so that I can turn it on, or leave it off. It is super quiet. I can't hear it at all. I love this little fan. It runs and operates very, very smoothly!

Quieter than expected
I thought this thing would add a lot of noise to the shop, but it really doesn't. The ratio of airflow to noise is very good in my opinion. I'd say it's as loud as a typical cheap 120mm fan, but this one can kick up a lot more air

If you really need to cool something down...
This is a 24 volt high amp fan. It has one purpose. That is to provide maximum airflow and cooling. It does that. Is it loud? If you are concerned about noise why are you buying a 24 volt high amp fan?

Stopped working
Bought a few months ago to cool a power supply for a charger and now it doesn’t spin at all. It worked great in the beginning. Time to find a different option.

Seems to be a quality fan
I put this in the computer cabinet of an old press brake at work. I had to snip the connector and connect the wires differently, but that wasn't a problem with the fan. It is a reasonably quiet fan, not that it matters in a noisy shop.

Metal grill for safety
This fan comes with metal grill which is highly recommend to install. Also be aware these fans will cut you up if handled inappropriately. This may look like a regular 12v computer fan but this baby moves massive air and while the fins are plastic they will explode if say your finger hits the moving blades of finger ripping carnage. Luckily this fan has the protective grill.
