I purchased these as a dupe for the Apres Gel X Nail Tips.I applied these tips using the Gel X method. Search YouTube for videos. Seriously, it will change the way you glue on your nails. It is an amazing method. Super easy. Super quick. Long lasting. However, if you are interested in this method, have an extra set of hands to help you with your UV light. I’ve had my nails on for 2 and a half weeks. They have held up through almost 3 weeks worth of dishes, laundry and cleaning. If you are looking for a gluing method that lasts for weeks use the Gel X method.Now speaking on the actual tip..These tips are structurally decent. The quality is almost there. I, personally, would have liked a stronger C curve and higher apex. But that’s just my personal nail preference. I don’t particularly like how these nails sort of flatten out towards the tip. So if you are looking for a super structured nail (like the ones Apres sells) these are not for you.I also would have liked the materials to be a bit harder. Though the tip itself is strong, it is also flexible near the free edge. I have knocked a couple leaving that ugly white line where the tip bent. The second one I knocked was quite painful. But the nail held on. I think if the tips were made out of a little bit better plastic, they wouldn’t bend as easy.Lastly, I would have liked these to be in a box. I understand for the price point I really can’t complain. But even some of the cheapest brand come in a box. If would have just been more convenient.All in all, for the price, these really are great dupe for the Apres Gel X Tips (which I think are $40-$50). These are easy to apply and easy to paint. I am very satisfied with this purchase, however, once I use these up, I am going to be purchasing a box of the Apres brand to get the structure I want.

I am truly impressed by the remarkable strength of this gel nail glue! After trying the Beetles gel nail glue, which didn’t hold up well—I found it would lift after just three encounters with water—I can confidently say this product surpasses expectations. I applied it last Friday night, and my nails are still going strong! I wholeheartedly recommend this nail glue—it’s a game changer!

When I tried gel extensions for the first time a couple years ago, I used the liquid gel glues that were available at that time. I find those really difficult to work with and difficult to clean up. If you try to clean it, it starts pulling off the nail, getting everywhere and I always had issues with overflow at the cuticle and underneath the free edge. Not to mention the bubbles and lifting. As soon as I finished the set the nails would start lifting and popping off.I saw a new product from BTArtBox that was basically gel extensions pre painted with a French manicure and they looked so cute and easy that I wanted to try again. I had seen solid gel glue while buying other nail supplies on Amazon and decided to give it a try, so I ordered this one.I am super impressed with the quality and ease of use Makartt provides us with this product. So far it has lived up to its promise of easy application. I get a lot less overflow with this and it’s easy to clean up with a cuticle cutting tool or efile. It does stay in place a lot better than regular extend gels when curing. I have not had an issue with air pockets, bubbles or lifting.I had my first set on for about 6 days then I decided I could make it look better. It was kind of rushed and I took it off. The picture is my second set using this glue and French gel tips and I think it’s going to last about 3 weeks. With this product it is easy to get the tips right up to the cuticle because it doesn’t overflow too much. It is way easier than the regular extend gels and it conforms perfectly to ridged nail with no bubbles or orher issues.If I am unsatisfied with the longevity of the gel glue now that I have done this second set perfectly, I will definitely update my review bur as of now I am really satisfied with the product.

Does not dry hard but very usable neat and sticks well. The nail took 8 days to pop off but the two that popped off did not stick down completely initially my own mistake as it was not fully on my finger. Cures under spot curing in 5 seconds, fast.

I love these so much that I ordered them again. They are so perfect for me that I don’t plan to buy anything else as long as these are available. They are very sturdy. They are not going to bend, split, peel, or break. Polish stayed on. They got the shape just right too. They aren’t too wide, or too tapered. My guy told me they were sexy as F. I would send a picture but that gives Amazon access to all of my photos which is creepy. I got at least 50 compliments on them though. I painted them red and used gold decals which I put a clear topcoat over. They are quite long for some people, probably not long enough for others. You don’t look like a sloth in them. You will find typing a challenge if you use a keyboard. They are not tips, they go down to the cuticle. You will need glue or acrylic to attach them. They stay on best if you have very clean nails that are completely dry, and you scuff them up with an emery board, and also scuff up the nail where it will attach to your natural nail. It makes it easier for the glue or acrylic to grab you and the false nail. Acrylic is a little healthier because it’s not as porous or brittle as glue so less bacteria is held in. Don’t be afraid of acrylic. There are many great YouTube videos on how to use it. Glue is quick and easy, but acrylic is probably better. It’s definitely more durable and hygienic.
