The ball is heavy and hard enough. It bounces more than normal cosco balls. But not as hard as red Vicky ball. It is perfect balance. You enough each stroke as you can feel the ball on your bat. You will enjoy batting.Note: it will hurt if you get hit on the body but still not as bad as heavy balls like Vicky (red) kind.I would recommend it to those who want a little heavy ball or a good bounce without lot of effort.
