One of the best goldenberry brands!
I've tried all of the goldenberry brands on Amazon, and the good news is, I liked them all, and they are all remarkably similar, so it's hard to go wrong. I usually alternate between this brand, Yupik, and two other brands which I forget the names of, and I've always been satisfied with the product. I like to eat these with walnuts to sort of, help them go down easier lol. I mean, walnuts are super healthy and eating them daily is probably the single best thing I've ever done for my health beyond walking my dog three times per day, but it's sort of like choking down chunks of candle wax. Well, berries are tough because they're so high in sugar, eating them can easily kick you out of keto if that's something you're going for, or they're simply too high in carbs if you're just generally being carb concious. These little guys are more like sweet and sour tomatoes than any berries you're familiar with-they are lower in sugar and higher in fiber than any other berry I can find. Goji berries are a close second, and I eat those too. But goldenberries are unique in other ways too: They contain compounds called "withanolides" which are the main beneficial component of ashwaghanda root, and which are being studied for their anti-cancer effect, among other things. They are also an amazingly rich source of mixed carotenoids, just like tomatoes, with a single serving containing up to 40% of your vitamin A needs per day. Oh and they also contain a decent dose of vitamin C. Sounds great right? Well, the flavor is unique to say the least-the closest thing they taste like is Sweet Tart candies, so they really go well with walnuts because their strong flavor makes it much easier to get them down. I actually like them so much I purchased seeds and currently have about 30 goldenberry plants about to go in my garden. Give them a try and maybe you'll be motivated to grow some next year!

nice but a bit sour
It's got a nice flavor, and I like the simplistic texture. But it could be a bit sour to some.

I absolutely love these little gems!
Great for snacking. Great in oatmeal. Great little shot of intense flavor. When they start getting a little extra dry, adding a sprinkle of water to the package softens them up.

Amazing Berries!
These things are fantastic, and have jumped to the top of my favorite berries list. If you've never tried them, imagine...a weird little dried berry version of some cousin of an apricot. Sort of. Nice bright finish, interesting and complex flavor depth. They pair wonderfully with plain Greek yogurt. Just the right balance of tart and sweet. And unlike some dried berries (such as many Goji berries) these are perfectly edible as snacks right out of the bag.As always, Terrasoul delivers on quality. These golden berries are flavorful every time. And I've gone through dozens of bags.

Good, not great
Quite a bit drier and less ripe (more sour) than other goldenberry brands. Not terrible, but wish they were more sweet and more flavorful.

These are awful.
My husband and I both love sweet yet tart foods, so thought we should try these supposedly tasty and healthful berries. They taste horrible (my husband actually spit it out) and not returnable or refundable.I don’t write reviews often. Thought perhaps I’d save someone else from disappointment!

What's important to know is that...
you should buy these if you're looking for Organic Golden Berries. You should also PayPal me 10% of the purchase price because I left this review here. That's called a finder's fee. I found these berries first. Before everyone else who buys these Organic Golden Berries after the date of this review. I did. Thank you in advance. And also, Dennis Botts is not related to Bertie Botts. Nor affiliated with Every Flavor Beans. But Bertie did donate $1 to save lives. Hoverfly lives to be more specific. Hoverflies are important pollinators of flowering plants worldwide. Often hoverflies are considered to be the second most important pollinators after wild bees. Dennis, lover of hoverflies, cares about stuff. I care that he cares. And we all care that those who care about others caring are careful. Thank you for being full of care, Dennis. Even though you don't make earwax or vomit flavored confectionery or have a magic wand, you are magical. You are full of magical care; to hoverflies. You are full of magical-type care to hoverflies. Whom I also just spoke with, and they know about you. They're watching you, Dennis. Not in that creepy kind of way. But they also were thinking you might have potentially been connect in some way to vomit or even fetid smelling, bean-shaped confectionery. Hummingbirds are pollinators, too.
