The smell of these is insane
These wood chunks smell like they have been soaking in Bourbon (because they have) and you can smell it each time you open the bag. They add a nice flavor to anything on the grill and are one of my favorite products to use in the smoker.

I loved the smell of these, in the bag and smoking on the bbq. Not sure they give the food any bourbon flavor though. Will buy them occasionally, but expensive for the end result. Better off using bourbon in a marinade if you want a bourbon taste. It’s cheaper and delivers more flavor.
