Shawarma for Chicken 2.0 oz - Zamouri Spices

I noticed a lot of people stated they did not get much flavor from this spice blend. I followed the directions on the website to make the marinade that included garlic, onion, lemon, and red wine vinegar and it was incredibly flavorful! I highly recommend trying this! I let the chicken marinate for around two hours and then sprinkled a little extra on the meat before I put it on the grill to get some extra seasoning and a bit of char. Served sliced with pitas, tahini, lettuce, tomatoes, pickle, and onion. When I reheated the leftovers the next day, the smell was delightful and tasted equally as good.

Super easy to use. I cut up chicken breast or thighs into strips and throw in a baggie with several good shakes to coat. Massage chicken. Throw on grill or grill pan, cook through. Wonderful exotic but not weird exotic flavor. Use in gyros, with rice or in salad.

I love ethnic spice blends, and this is no different. Very nice flavor- not too strong.

I does tase like Shawarma but the it is a little weak. Should have more flavor. It was a little pricy but that is because I purchased it on Amazon. Would be better making your own with your own spice would give you a better flavor.

The best shawarma chicken seasoning I ever taste! Believe me don't waste your time and bring Arabic seasoning from your country for shawarma this seasoning is the best and I am going to visit where I'm from Jordan country and I will buy some to let my mom taste the best seasoning. Bought this trying to replicate my local shawarma restaurant. Not even close. Shawarma varies quite a bit though, but I have traveled extensively and this does not match any shawarma flavor I have had in the middle east or Europe.

Spices work well . Very fresh and aromatic.

I LOVE this shawarma seasoning. I use this for both chicken and fish every time I am marinating either. It is delicious! My family loves how everything tastes. I’ve gonw through this multiple times and reorder it over and over again. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who loves to cook and eat!
