This is a really nice knife at a great price. The build quality is excellent. The movement is very smooth and the flipper works flawlessly.I did discover the D2 steel is not as corrosion resistant as some other stainless steels. This happened when I had the knife in a wet environment boating. I got a few rust spots on the blade. They polished right off with a little WD-40. I’m sure the steel will be fine in typical environments. I just don’t advise using it while boating.The Damascus version of the knife is in my wish list now. I’m looking forward to getting that one next.

I tested the hrc of this knife and it is above a 60hrc and lower than 65hrc. They say it's 62hrc I would say that's probably spot on correct. This is a great knife I have used it for a while now and its very nice and holds a edge pretty decently. It's a great price also at 36 dollars. The flipping action on it is also very smooth and it was smooth on day one without oil for me. Also it was very sharp out of the box mabye not razor sharp but pretty close, I sharpened and polished it and it was hair popping sharp when I got done.

Knife is an excellent value, machining looks very good, blade edge is sharp, construction is solid. I am very happy with this product.

Wow.. I was attracted to this knife when looking at Ned Foss knives. Come to find out.. these knives are so similar to the NedFoss series of knives bc they're made from the same Chinese knife shop. They even come in identical packaging (see my last photo). No complaint.. just surprising.First off.. the knife feels amazing to to flip (what a snap!).. and held in the hand. The knurled thumb jimping is amazing. I don't like most jimping, but this knife's super aggressive jimping is great. I love it! Talking about jimping, even the flipper has jimpping on it to even flipping the knife, the jimping bites into your finger!.. which REALLY improves the ease of an index finger flip. I have both a Ned Foss W.Swan (an almost identical knife without jimping) and this jimped more "bad ass" LOTHAR version, and I love it.The D2 steel is "okay".. especially for the price.. and it comes out of the box pretty sharp. I did just realize that sharpening this knife be a bit more of a challenge because its blade edge is not straight but is slightly concave. If that's important to you, then get the Ned Foss W.Swan version.

I really like the knife. Perfect for EDC. I love the way everything is designed to the details of the knife. I mean look at the pocket clip. It goes a long with the shape of the knife. The handle is one of a kind. Even the blade is designed to fit the details of the knife. Definitely a new favorite. Keep up the good work.

Let me start out by saying that I normally don't leave reviews as I think a lot of them are useless but in this case I figured it was well worth leaving. This knife was super impressive. I knew right away as soon as I open the box that it was going to be something of quality just due to the weight. One of the things I noticed right out of the gate was that the center of the blade was exactly sitting in the middle of the handle which is something you don't see often. This tells me that there is some quality put into this thing. For a non spring assisted knife this thing is amazing it opens like a spring assisted knife. I will now be using this as my everyday carry knife. Nice job guys well built glad I bought it worth every dollar. There's one thing I don't get though what is with the skull and the Rope at the bottom of the knife. I guess I'll be cutting mine off as I don't like skulls and don't worship death. I think maybe finding something else to replace the skull would be a good idea

It’s an awesome knife, so sharp and sleek. Easy to open and close. It’s just an all around knife. Two thumbs up.
