The Best Cookbook EVER!
I have followed HealthyGirl Kitchen on facebook for quite some time and Danielle’s recipes have always been delish! So when I saw she had a cookbook I had to get it! And it DID NOT disappoint! It is packed with tons of recipes that are ALL easy to make and ALL taste AAAAAMAZZZING! I have just ordered another one to give as a gift! I have a lot of vegan cookbooks that each have maybe 5 recipes (if I’m lucky) that I enjoyed but I kid you not when I tell you that the recipes in the HealthyGirl Kitchen Cookbook will each delight your tastebuds and fill you up! How can eating healthy taste so good!? These recipes… wow! I could go on and on! I’m just so happy I found a cookbook where I honestly enjoy every recipe! I also love a cookbook that has color photos of the food and this book again delivers with wonderful photography that literally makes me drool and my stomach growl 🤤😋 Follow her on Facebook, Pinterest &/or Instagram too! She does great videos of some of the recipes she makes. I have NEVER made one of her recipes and been disappointed and I don’t think you will be either! Happy eating! 😃

Deliciousness wrapped in one
This is an exceptionally well written book. The book itself has beautiful photos. The recipes I have tried are all delicious. You cannot go wrong with this recipe book.

My 50th Vegan cookbook, but I wish it had been my 1st!
This is the book I didnt know I needed. With 49 vegan cookbooks on my shelf one might say I didnt need any more. But I was intrigued by other reviews so I grabbed a copy. I've made several recipes from this book since it arrived a couple of weeks ago and our family has LOVED everything so far. My 13 year old son has even started cooking from this book. The recipes are easy to follow without a ton of ingredients. Everything is easily found at our local market. And for the few recipes that contain a bit of oil, if you're trying to avoid like us, it was very simple to improvise with a little veg broth or applesauce instead. I wish I had found this book sooner. It has made weeknight dinners after work a breeze. Gorgeous appetizing photos for all dishes. And I love that so many of the mains have the accompaniment of her delicious sauces that can be whipped up in a flash in the blender. The sauces really highlight the dish and give it that extra something special. I have a lot of vegan cookbooks, it takes a really great one to make me take time out of my busy schedule to write a review. This one deserves all the praise though. She is a vegan recipe Rockstar! She takes the boring out of salad, the ceasar salad was AMAZING!!! And of all the spinach artichoke dips I've made in my vegan years this one takes the gold medal. Her creativity makes these recipes fun to make. Buy this book, it'll definitely make your top 10.

Many wonderful Healthy recipes

With a diverse array of recipes, you can see the author's passion for healthy living shines through each dish, making it easy and enjoyable to embrace a plant-powered lifestyle. With clear instructions and vibrant photos, this cookbook is a valuable resource for both seasoned vegans and those looking to incorporate more plant-based meals into their diet. Why a 4 star, I think the author shouldn't place prep-times in the book....some of the dishes take way longer than expected. You do feel healthy after the meals and ready with nourished fuel.

Great for non-vegans to enjoy too!
Great cookbook for vegans! I am not a vegan but still enjoyed the book as I like to make vegetarian meals mostly. There were many recipes to try. I wish I used it more but even writing this review helps me remember how much I enjoyed it!

Best cookbook ever
This is the best cookbook I've every had, vegan or otherwise. The recipes are fulfilling, refreshing, and overall amazing. This makes eating plant based so easy!

Delicious!
After following on Instagram, I finally decided to get this and I am NOT disappointed! I have made quite a few recipes already and every one is fantastic! Easy to follow, not a bunch of "crazy" ingredients I have never heard of, and very practical as far as time. I am whole food/plant based. Highly recommend!

Delicious and healthy!
Everything I’ve made is delicious and easy to do! I’ve made a bunch of recipes and have stuck to the book the longest out of any other cookbook, where I’d make a few recipes and then put it on the shelf. And I’m not even vegan! The Hearty Lentil Bolognese is better than the classic meat version! What!? I actually made my own hummus! Who knew it was so easy and the secret to making it so smooth is right there in the book. I’ve learned how to cook with tofu and I’m happy to be replacing meat a few times a week at least. It’s better for me and for the planet.

Love it ♥️
I have been using this cook book for a month now and it's brilliant. I follow healthy girl on Pinterest etc, and love her easy, nutritional, and different recipes. I have noticed a big difference in my appetite, I feel fuller longer. My skin is glowing and I have more energy. If you're looking for something different but tasty, you have to get this book. 🐝🐝🐝

this is one of the cookbooks where I want to try every single one of the recipes! Danielle was one of the first who I started to follow when I becam3 vegan 2 years ago and I have not been deceived. The recipes are simple and healthy. I recommend!
