Love the ingredients choice and colors of the meals!
This book is a must have! Even though we are not vegetarians, you can just add chicken or meat to any recipe. We have tried, in just 4 days of having the book, several recipes in addition to having tasted her recipes before. They're all great! thanks for the evident efforts!

Nothing new
I liked the quality of the pictures, but I returned it because I felt that the recipes were not new, most of them can be found on Instagram on various accounts. I was hoping to have a mini home library of easy to choose from vegan ideas, but it was not the case. The search for the right vegan cook book continues.

The Best Cookbook EVER!
I have followed HealthyGirl Kitchen on facebook for quite some time and Danielle’s recipes have always been delish! So when I saw she had a cookbook I had to get it! And it DID NOT disappoint! It is packed with tons of recipes that are ALL easy to make and ALL taste AAAAAMAZZZING! I have just ordered another one to give as a gift! I have a lot of vegan cookbooks that each have maybe 5 recipes (if I’m lucky) that I enjoyed but I kid you not when I tell you that the recipes in the HealthyGirl Kitchen Cookbook will each delight your tastebuds and fill you up! How can eating healthy taste so good!? These recipes… wow! I could go on and on! I’m just so happy I found a cookbook where I honestly enjoy every recipe! I also love a cookbook that has color photos of the food and this book again delivers with wonderful photography that literally makes me drool and my stomach growl 🤤😋 Follow her on Facebook, Pinterest &/or Instagram too! She does great videos of some of the recipes she makes. I have NEVER made one of her recipes and been disappointed and I don’t think you will be either! Happy eating! 😃

Me gustó mucho el libro, ya hice un par de recetas. y pues efectivamente es un libro de recetas sanas entonces se tiene que tener en cuenta eso.

Delicious and healthy!
Everything I’ve made is delicious and easy to do! I’ve made a bunch of recipes and have stuck to the book the longest out of any other cookbook, where I’d make a few recipes and then put it on the shelf. And I’m not even vegan! The Hearty Lentil Bolognese is better than the classic meat version! What!? I actually made my own hummus! Who knew it was so easy and the secret to making it so smooth is right there in the book. I’ve learned how to cook with tofu and I’m happy to be replacing meat a few times a week at least. It’s better for me and for the planet.

I have been using this cook book for a month now and it's brilliant. I follow healthy girl on Pinterest etc, and love her easy, nutritional, and different recipes. I have noticed a big difference in my appetite, I feel fuller longer. My skin is glowing and I have more energy. If you're looking for something different but tasty, you have to get this book. 🐝🐝🐝

Ich hab mich sehr über das Buch gefreut, es ist toll gemacht und hat eine gute Qualität! Auch der Inhalt ist extrem ansprechend und ich freu mich viele Rezepte auszuprobieren.
