I purchased the same product from another agency and it was a bootleg version thank God I purchased it with my American Express because he tried to fight me on it. This one I purchased on Amazon was legit it had every piece that it was supposed to have product was put together nicely. Cheap attachments works amazing, grab them before they’re gone!

I ended up with some bruising on my nose, though this might have been due to user error. I highly recommend watching a tutorial or two on YouTube to ensure you’re using it correctly, as the suction can be a bit aggressive if you’re unfamiliar with the technique.On the positive side, the LED mask is fantastic, and I love using the RF and ultrasound wands with my serums nightly. They seem to enhance absorption and leave my skin feeling refreshed and nourished.If you’re looking for an affordable all-in-one facial device, this machine is a good choice despite its minor shortcomings. With proper technique and care, it can be a great addition to your skincare routine. I would purchase it again.

Suction Tips. Reading the reviews, many people complained about the suction being too intense and unbearable… the key is, you DO NOT put this tip directly on the skin… use this about 3mm from the skin! Please rethink the way you have been using this and stop putting it directly on the skin!
