Q: What guage in awg is the wiring for load side. also is it 100% copper or cca?

the wiring for load side is 13awg（about 2.5mm²）and it is 100% copper in the 12V Fuse and Relay Box Block with 6 Blade Fuses .

Q: where can i find the installation instructions ?

I'm sorry we've been neglecting installation instructions for the Fuse and Relay Box,the 12 Fuse and Relay Box is made well,Neat and tidy. You are not required to layout your electrical requirement or wire up the box..No more wiring nightmare! it is good for some people who didn't have some background knowledge in 12volt or know how to wire relays.It was time consuming to wire.if you didn't know how to do wiring and pinning and receptacles,then it would be a very wise choice to choose our fuse and relay box,all you will need to do is connect to the corresponding spot on the power bar and run you lead to the load.If you have electrical wiring experience, especially automotive, then this is a great relay and fuse box for the money and time,and now we have asked our engineers to show the circuit installation of the Fuse and Relay Box. You can learn about the circuit and know how to install it through the pictures or videos

Q: Why are there 2 red wires, do both go to the battery?

I'm not totally sure why there are 2 red wires, but it looks like its for the top and bottom row of fuses. if you take the bottom of the panel off you 'll see how they're split up. I connected both to the battery along with a inline circuit breaker and haven't had any issues with it. powers a light bar, rear lights and some pillar lights without any hiccups.

Q: What is the difference in the two relays?

there is two types of relays in the Fuse and Relay Box with 6 Blade Fuses . you can get four 4-pin relays and one 5-pin relay if you own the 12V Fuse and Relay Box. The difference between a 4 and 5 pin relay is that a 4 pin relay is used to control a single circuit, whereas a 5 pin relay switches power between two circuits ,and we have five blade fuses in the 12V Fuse and Relay Box ,they are fastened to the fuse box, you don't have to waste time and effort to install it.of course Each fuse corresponds to one relay
