Did not get the complete set. Many missing products
Half the products were missing and I don't have enough time to get into the replacement/return hassle.

This product is really good but I got only one clip instead of two.
The media could not be loaded. I felt the product ia really nice ans soft and nicely wrapped as well but just got a little disappointed that it had one clip and not the two as shown in the images and title of product. I don’t want to return it is really nice set in general

Damaged Product
The media could not be loaded. The sponge came in this condition, the strands of the brushes keep falling out. Tried to return or exchange the same, but amazon says it is not their fault and I should use the same product or throw it. Leaving up to take my decision but wont take it back.
