Not the best product
I'm kinda disappointed in the quality of the product. I bought it as a gift for my friend and when we rested it out in a live call, the equalizer did barely anything and the sound was so quiet no matter what we did. It was also very choppy. I don't know. Over all, just not happy with it for how much it cost.

Great Quality
This sound card is great. It does work with Xbox and has great audio and voice quality. The voice changers work well and gets good reactions. The 18 sound effects it comes with aren't the best but I downloaded a few of my own to my phone and connected to the soundcard with bluetooth to play them. If you're looking to get this for music production, I don't think this will do the job. I would say to go a little more professional. Overall great product and does the job.

Missing Item
I received this item yesterday, but unfortunately, it didnt come with the earphone. Also the manual that comes with it doesn't show the right placement where you connect the cables e.g. headset, monitor slots are shown to be inserted wrongly by different cables.
