What a wonderful experience added 10 years to my life if I had to do it all over again I would. Outside of a flat tire I've had no issues almost 500 miles now

This bike is pretty awesome. My sone has had it since august 2024 and has put over 1,000 miles on it. Hasn’t had any problems with it except the maintenance stuff (breaks, tires ). Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased this bike March 11th of 2022 and received it March 21st.(Just to give you an idea of how long it will take) This is my first e-bike so I have nothing to really compare it to. I rode it quite a few times as well as my husband and we absolutely LOVE LOVE this bike. I did assemble it myself wasn't that bad, but it didn't really come with precise directions and the video wasn't really much help since the bike in the video was a little different. I did add a few things like the rack, water bottle holder, seat and pouch you see in the picture. I have gotten up to 30 mph on it and was pleasantly surprised considering my size. I'm 5ft 5 and weigh a little over the limit for the bike and it still rode nicely. My husband is 6ft 5 and weight close to 300lbs. (Just in case anyone is wondering if it will hold up) I have even had my daughter ride with me on the back and she is about 60 lbs and it still held up great and I was still able to get up to 30 mph. I have rode through water and mud and although I got messed up man it was fun lol. I do love the pedal assist for the long bike rides and even though I use it often I still was able to lose some weight. The battery takes about 2 hours to charge maybe 3 or 4 if completely out. At least that's what I seen for my battery I could be off, but I believe it was 2 to 3 hrs. We are definitely getting another one for my husband. This bike I feel is a great bike for a first time e-bike buyer and it was reasonably priced for about 1,038. (May have went up in price since then) I must tell you that I did try to see if I could order an extra battery, but couldn't. The company doesn't have that option available unfortunately. In all this is a great purchase. I hope this review helped someone. 🙏

I don't care about the new shorter and quiet bikes. This bike rocks!! Through puddles and rain. Easy to charge.

The assembly was not had at all IF you are handy with tools. If not get someone who is to help you, trust me it will go much easier. We had it together in no time at all. You do need to top off the air pressure in the tires also. The battery does come with some charge so you can ride as soon as you are finished. Dont forget your helmet!!! The only con that we have found with this bike is the fenders dont holdup very well as they are just a type of plastic. We have taken and added metal angle brackets to hold them on and it is working much better. You dont want to ride in the rain without them!August 2023 update: noise after riding and loss of power in lower gear. Sent Amazon video's and explained issue. Vendor stated they could not view the videos and request them sent directly to them, well 2 weeks later they stated the noise from the motor area was normal and not to worry.Next update: the front forks broke while riding 17 mph and he went down on the bike trail causing injuries to his arms, wrist, shoulder along with leg and hip. They did send a new fork after 3 weeks and offered a 50 dollar credit.February update: the motor that has been making noise all this time is now not even engaging and now we are being told that they will replace it but they will have to get it and then have it shipped so please expect delays.This was purchased as his transportation to and from work. He is not an off roader or abusive of this bike. If I could rate a 0 I would. Total waste of money!!!Final update: Thank goodness for Amazon amd their customer service department they are wonderful to work with. We are completely finished with this situation and moving on. PS. Nope, never saw the $50 credit either. I certainly hope no one else gets hurt. Have a wonderful day.

The media could not be loaded. The package came in good shape and was very well protected with like a hundred zipties and foam; professional job there. Putting the bike together was fairly straightforward assembling the seat was the trickiest part. I was very suprised with how powerful the 500 Watt motor is. Easily goes 20-25mph in not much time in the highest setting. Plenty of power for me. The gears and shocks fork well and make for a comfortable ride. The petal assist works well but I prefer just using the throttle. I was a little worried the frame would be to small for me but I am 6 feet and it feels fine. My wife at 5.7 and is also comfortable on it. I may have to get one for her too. The light, horn, bell, fenders tool kit, kickstand are all welcomed extras. Not sure why people pay thousands for a ebike this one does everything I would want it to at a great price.

Electric doesn’t turn on after about a year of use (~1,600 km).Was great when it worked.
