I have spent and lost or broke more money on glasses so I wanted to try some well rated options. These glasses are built pretty well from 2 weeks of wearing they hold on to my head well, and the hinges have just the right tension that they don't collapse on their own but aren't hard to close. I have been impressed with the bang for you buck. I would buy them again (when I lose them)
