I'm sure the product tastes good but it arrived so far after the promised date, that I was unable to use it for the purpose it was bought and had to use a substitute.

A really tasty sugar alternative. As a diabetic, I've found that Panela causes such a minor effect on my blood sugar compared to refined sugar.

This sugar has a lovely depth of taste. I use it in all my cake baking especially tea loaves or Bara Brith.
