Excellent Atta Chakki and excellent after sales service experience.
Indeed it was a very good decision to buy this online at a very good price. The operation of the chakki was do it yourself, no special instructions needed without any handholding. Basic operation instructions are pasted on the door and easily accessible. Immediately after delivery I got a service message from their team to welcome and inform mw the contact details in case any after sales support is required.After 8 months of operation, my feeder motor was damaged, I contacted the support team and it was resolved immediately by providing a replacement part in warranty. Overall the nature of support was of service mentality, i mean helping nature. I'm very happy with both the chakki and the support provided.
