Strap came off the hook
Looks ok but the strap came off the hook and you have to struggle to wear it.

Good product overall
Nothing particularly wrong with this product. I am using it for my iPhone 13 pro max which is on the heavier side but not once did it slipped from my hand. Being a polyester material product, this is not the softest to use on your arm but it gets the job done👍
