9mm Starkey Comfort Open Ear Buds for Starkey Hearing Aids (10 Pack)

My previous ear buds (Starkey) were too small. As such, they didn’t stay in well and were a little uncomfortable. These are slightly larger. They stay in. They are soft and comfortable.

I never knew these came with vents. Had to guess at the size but it appears that I nailed it, 1st attempt. Old domes have over 18 months of use and were collapsing. Solid rubber, no vent. I have a lot of moisture buildup and I've been wondering if the domes were not allowing good airflow that I assume helped evaporate before. The itching is awful. Guess I'll find out tomorrow because I didn't get around to changing out untill just before bed. I did get to try them on for a few minutes for fit and function. Woah baby, they pickup like brand new. I had convinced myself that my hearing loss had just gotten worse. But that was false, just needed these new domes. Equipped with what I'm going to call cutting edge state of the art design. Like brand new again but without the tinty robotic high frequency amplification. That sounded normal, just more pronounced because I must have been loosing the audio due to the collapsed domes. Way better than anything the audiologist ever gave me. Guess that's what you get for free. Money well spent. I have an older model (2015ish). Starkey z series in case anyone is wondering. Money WELL SPENT. I'm sure I am going to continue to love these.

Starkey buds are comfortable and long lasting.

I was originally fitted for 7mm tips for my Starkey hearing aids but they started slipping out after a couple days. Cleaning daily it kept happening. I tried what they term sport retainers but no change. I was hesitant as these were a 2mm jump in size, but they are perfect. Stay in, are very comfortable and are Starkey spec originals. If your supplier fitted you with standard 7mm size but you have slippage issues these may be your answer. You may want to ask your supplier to check the fit in your ear but they will charge you much more to buy from them if you need 9mm

Of course ithey we’re well made, but once you buy the hearing aids; the price of these small (important) replacements are exorbitant!!

I wear Oticon hearing aids. The ear buds that came with them are great but I have not been able to find them for sale. These appear to be the same size but are actually a little smaller, which makes them fit a tad loose. But not as small as the next size down. Otherwise, they do the job as intended
