It's a Trim Nail
These are exactly as advertised - a #17 x 3/4" stainless steel trim nail. It may surprise you to learn that I used them to nail some very thin trim (in this case 1/8" thick backing board on a piece of furniture). They worked...like a trim nail. I couldn't find stainless steel in hardware stores locally, so likely the best part of this product is that it exists and can be quickly found online!

these are NOT stainless steel!
this product is not stainless steel as it will adhere to a bar magnet real stainless steel will just drop off! I paid too much for far too little and wish I had never found them on amazon! Other items ordered for a job proved to be true stainless steel and would not be attracted to the magnet and just slipped off. I wish I could get a full refund as one package was apart and I'm not sure if product was lost!

Nails are fine, but there were a couple of issues with the order
I ordered 15 of the #17 x 1 1/4" nails. Amazon's fulfillment process broke that down into 3 different orders which arrived on consecutive days. I like the nails and like the price, and didn't mind the 3 orders, but there were a couple of issues.One problem was that the packages of nails do not seal well. It is just a cardboard cover on a plastic container. So, many of the nails escape from the individual packages during shipping and end up either loose in the shipping container or lost. See the first picture.The 2nd problem with my order was that I ordered 15 of the #17 x 1 1/4", but I only received 14 of the correct size. The 15th package was a #17 x 1", which is of no use to me.

Great Nails
These nails are perfect for string art projects. They are very sturdy and have a round top to wrap the string around. They are the perfect length and size for projects like string art. Highly recommended these nails. I’ve order them several times.

Perfect nails for hanging pictures or posters. Cant support anything really heavy but would be great for smaller jobs.
