Charger is working great. Friends charger broke while on vacation. Ordered this one because it was inexpensive!! Charged her electric wheelchair within a couple hours from being completely dead.Wish it came with directions. They emailed them and I got them the next day.

Excellent high speed smart charger. Speed to charge is always tricky to estimate because you never know how far down your "dead" battery is but an empty 24v 12Ah battery pack charged in 4 hours or a bit less for me. That makes sense with a 5A rating (as the battery approaches full you have to slow the charge rate so it is never 12Ah/5A)

The charger works quite well. Previously I had been using 2 chargers in parallel and blew an internal fuse in the scooter. This defeated the RED cue light that indicates the battery is being charged. After replacing the fuse, the charger works quite well. I did utilize a harness to check the output voltage of the charger - it works very well, just don't use 2 chargers at once on one scooter(MY BLUNDER).
