No, the City Bonfire is for outdoor use only.

I’d say yes it does. Just be careful of the sticks. They are kind of flemzy

Q: How do you refuel or reuse it? Are there refills?

There’s no refilling it. One time use for X amount of hours. You can put it out by smothering it with the can lid (be careful it gets hot quick!) i relight mine 3 times before it was done. I think I got about 4 total hours of flame time
