Actually not sure what each #'d Salt is targeting, but, I haven't felt better in my life...so you can't knock it till you try it

To be honest, I'd give this 10 stars if I could. I've had acne on my face for more years of my life than I've had clear skin. I've tried everything you could think of--scrubs, masks, serums, diet, supplements, medication, dermatologist laser treatment, light therapy...it's really been quite depressing. The only thing to help significantly was a strong antibiotic...but obviously you can't be on that all the time.I got this and started putting a dissolvable tablet under my tongue after breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It really has very little taste and just seemed to be a salt pill, so I wasn't really expecting results. Within a week...half of my acne was gone!I hardly believed it. Even the strongest antibiotic I was on took about 2 months to take full effect. I had also been using a fancy new exfoliator and thought that might have been what helped. (Needless to say, I had to take a trip for 2 weeks and took the exfoliator, not this bottle. Within a week, it was obvious that these cell salts were what was helping.)After taking these for about a month, about 2/3rds of my acne was gone. At this point, my progress plateaued. I found that by taking 4-6 tablets a day, my face continued to get better. My face is almost completely normal now, and I can't tell you how wonderful it is!!! I'm still taking 3 tablets a day to maintain my progress, and it seems to be working. (Also, the price of one bottle is cheaper than the copay on a month of medication, with no side-effects, so...that's pretty exciting!)Initially when my progress plateaued, I also bought Hyland's Bioplasma (which is essentially a cell-salt "multivitamin"). As this had several elements that were said to help with acne, I thought it might be better. However, it was not as effective for me as this plain Potassium Sulphate (#7).Obviously there are many different causes for acne. If your body is somewhat deficient in Potassium Sulphate, this can help, but if not, it won't do a thing. If you are at all struggling, please get a bottle and try it for a couple weeks.
