Shorted Out
Fan shorted out after being turned off by mistake on my extension cord switch. Only lasted for a few months. Can't find the details or contact customer service on how to troubleshoot the thing.

This is prob the best fan I’ve ever bought

Very noisy but not a lot of cool air
I bought this thinking it would be quieter but I was very wrong! Noisier than my normal fan and not much throw to it so unless you are sitting really close you can’t feel anything at all.Would not recommend, the sleep function is the only good thing about this fan it is a lot quieter but doesn’t keep you cool
