It does not look like balm. It is almost in lotion form indicating the product is not original. I discourage the product at such high price.

Don't expect the same blue bottle, you will be fooled.
It isn't the same product in the picture, you will receive it. But it will be different bottle like indian product bottle only with German product details and smell similar like indian Nivea product. Not much of difference, unlike the hype.
