These are fast and easy to install and work flawlessly. I really like that you can ensure a solid connection of about 1/2” of bare wire held firmly by a screw at each end of the barrel. They also protect the insulated wire end. Great product from a very well known maker.

Works great, easy to install and looks nice. Sound wise I can’t hear a difference but love how easy banana clips are. I am using about an 8 gauge braided wire and it was a little tight to install. Feels sturdy.

The 2 set screws grab your wire securely. Before I bought I kept asking if the outside was insulated from the wire inside. Yes it is because that outer part that looks like metal in the pic is really plastic. It is well made and provides a good termination even for 12 GA wire. I could even get a bit of the very thick insulation inside. Priced about right if a little higher than should be. Still one of the best banana plugs I have used. Can not comment on sound because it is not yet hooked up to my speakers. (That is assuming that plugs and wires really make an audible difference.)

Considering the reputation of Nakamichi and the fact these were less than $8 I was dubious about getting authentic parts. After using them the quality seems top-notch in every way with none of the aberrations typical of cheap imitations (poor quality uneven branding/silk screening, burrs, poor machining causing gritty, uneven screw connections and driver slots that aren't deep enough, uneven depth/width, misfitting parts, inconsistent sizing, etc). These look great, work great, fit great; it's a simple part and I think the price is reasonable but some brands are over 2x the cost and I can't see them being 2x the quality and some generic parts are the same cost and I can't see them matching this quality, I only found one about $1 cheaper from some no-name Chinese manufacturer and if these aren't genuine Japanese parts they're outsourced to a higher quality standard that is up to Nakamichi's audiophile quality reputation.

Needed these to ensure sound speaker connections. They work GREAT! Will be ordering another set..

I usually use Monoprice banana plugs but gave these a shot since they were available in the quantity I needed. Could not be more pleased with them. The connection is simple to make but still is very secure, with the leads held by two nicely sized grub screws. The overall build quality is very solid, and I like that a spare grub screw is included in the package.Moving forward, these will be my go-to when it comes to banana plugs. Five stars.

Installing these on my speaker wire was a breeze. Having a small screwdriver helps! They fit perfectly in my Yamaha amp and Boston Acoustics speakers

These plugs work great and are of very high quality. Worked fine with 14 gauge wire, easy to install, non conductive outer body. Highly recommended.

Calidad garantizada. Merece la pena pagar un poco más por estas clavijas Nakamichi. Compré otras un poco más baratas que tuve que devolver porque algunas estaban bloqueadas. Nada más ver el envoltorio ya te das cuenta que esta marca está en otro nivel. Ningún problema al instalarlas. Calidad audiófila al 100%
