Holds a lot.
The only bad thing is there is no drink holder on the side, but really you won’t even need one because you can fit almost anything in this bag! It has good padding on the shoulders too!

No side pockets
This is such a cute backpack with the usual Jansport durability and functionality. So why not put water bottle pockets on the sides??!! This is a major oversight on the part of the designers. Instead of being a 5 star backpack, this lack of side pockets drops it down to a disappointing 3 star rating.

My daughter started highschool and was so nervous that she’d have a nerdy backpack, but this one is super cute and she gets compliments all the time
